Terms of Service

1. What RightScore is

RightScore is a free-to-play football prediction game for the Premier League, Championship, League One, and League Two. You predict match scores and first goalscorers; points are awarded automatically when matches finish. That's it.

RightScore is not a betting or gambling service. No money is ever staked, won, or paid out based on your predictions. Prizes (if any) are awarded by mini-league owners or sponsors and are outside our control.

2. Eligibility

You must be 13 or older to create an account. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your country, you need your parent or guardian's permission. Under-13s may only use RightScore via a parent-managed "extra profile" on the parent's account.

3. Your account

4. Acceptable use

Don't:

5. Mini leagues

Anyone can create a mini league. If you brand or promote a mini league with a real-world logo, you're responsible for having the right to use it. If you run a mini league with prizes, you're the one awarding them — we don't mediate. RightScore is not liable for prizes promised by mini-league owners.

6. Team names, logos, and data

Team names, crests, player names, and match data belong to the respective clubs and governing bodies (Premier League, EFL, etc.). We display them for identification only. RightScore is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any club or league.

7. Our content

The RightScore name, interface, scoring system, and code are ours. You may not copy or republish them without permission. You keep ownership of anything you post (usernames, commentary, mini-league branding) but grant us a licence to display it inside the app.

8. Availability and changes

We may add features, change scoring rules, or temporarily suspend the service for maintenance. If we make a material change to these terms or how we score, we'll give notice inside the app.

9. No warranty, limited liability

RightScore is provided "as is". Predictions and stats may occasionally be wrong due to upstream data errors or bugs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it can't be limited by law (e.g. fraud or personal injury).

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → "Delete account". We may close accounts that violate these terms. Either way, deletion removes your personal data within 30 days (see the Privacy Policy).

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where your local consumer-protection law gives you stronger rights.
